GMAJ Awards Its First Graduate a $1,000 College Scholarship

The Gant School of Music & Jazz (GMAJ) has awarded Kyle Rogers II a $1,000 scholarship for college. Kyle is GMAJ's first graduating student as well as the first recipient of the GMAJ college scholarship.

Kyle, has been one of our private lessons scholars since 2020. As a private lessons scholar, Kyle is eligible to take piano lessons with our partner site Teach Me How Studios, LLC at no cost to his family. GMAJ pays for the lessons.

Kyle is graduating from Dudley High School and will be attending N.C. A&T in the fall. He will continue his musical pursuits as a member of the N.C. A&T Marching Band.
